What is a sequence? What is a sequence enrollment?

Sequences are a series of automated messages that are sent out, similar to a drip campaign.

You have control over sequence content, how many messages send in the sequence, and the time gap between messages.

A sequence increases your rate of response for customer story requests. After you’ve performed a job or completed a task with a customer you can enroll them in a sequence. They can then receive a series of messages that ask them for different types of feedback and other social reviews.

Contacts can be enrolled in sequences automatically from a form they submitted, added one at a time, or added from a complete contact CSV import.

What are Sequence Enrollments?

You perform a sequence enrollment when you add someone to a sequence. For example, if I add Jane to a sequence to ask for a video review, that counts as an enrollment. It would still count as one enrollment if the sequence had only one message, or a series of three messages.
