Why is my camera not working?

When your customers load your submission form and begin to use their camera, their web browser or mobile device will automatically prompt users to allow usage of their camera and microphone. Once they "allow" use, the camera will be enabled and the picture will start to display. Then they can click "record".

If you can't see the picture or camera/microphone usage was denied, we recommend restarting the web browser. If this doesn't work, we recommend restarting the device.
